Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Custom or large orders may require additional processing time. We will contact you if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days):
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day):
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to All Pakistan &  select international destinations.
  • For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for duties, fees, and taxes applicable to your region.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order status and shipment progress on our website using your order number and email address.

Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Domestic (PK): 3-10 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days
  • Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
